American Girl Doll Kit Interrelated Guideline
I love this doll, and I wanted to put it on my Amazon Wish List.
But I would NEVER ask any of my unsuspecting family or friends to pay DOUBLE the price they’d pay at an actual AG Doll store or on the official AG Doll website.
It might make sense if the item were no longer readily available on the retail level. If this were a hard-to-find, secondary market collectible, I could understand paying a premium. But this doll is always in stock, easy to find. I feel so bad for people who don’t have much knowledge of the current toy/doll world and are just looking for a gift requested by a loved one. They’re the ones who lose here.
